Notes:
We are Joel and Tracey, and this is our luxury boutique guest house in the picturesque town of Colwyn Bay, where you’ll find that no request is too much trouble. As welcoming to new faces as we are to our many returning guests, our aim is to make your stay here as enjoyable as possible.
Proud to be fully inclusive to people from all walks of life and look forward to welcoming you in to our Home away from Home.
Our social media has been growing from strength to strength and we think outside the box where we can by taking on many online challenges to spread the word of making bookings directly with the smaller business.
Throughout lockdown Tracey has gone live on facebook building a loyal following to her morning ramble around Colwyn Bay, sharing is caring and living somewhere as beautiful as we do would be rude not to share it.
Nice website, obviously a professional business
Love the way Tracy has been doing livestreams on Facebook – very proactive
Good clear path to booking
Can’t see a picture of the owners on the website (shame)
All SM buttons connected and they are active on the platforms
7/10
Appealing website. Good use of social media. As the website has been created by Boostly I presume they have been part of Mark’s academy when you look at the overall omni channel presence. Visible owners. Average reviews over 4.5. Overall appealing 8/10
I like the fact that everything is sourced within 3 miles and I like the fact they have things like kippers on the menu which is relatively unusual.
They also have very good reviews online
I can’t see the owners faces anywhere or their story.
They start off talking about themselves on the homepage which is a no, they should have that somewhere else
