We feel we strive for 5* holiday quality whilst providing value for money, offering accommodation for all budgets and requirements. Our picturesque setting provides a gentle haven for all our guests. We are a quiet, secluded award-winning park, which is not overly commercialised and has been described many times as “a hidden gem”.
Although just a short drive from Mablethorpe, we are in a quiet and relaxing location but still close to top facilities such as lifeguarded and clean beaches, bowling greens, tennis courts, paddling pools and shops. The standard and quality of our accommodation is unique and luxurious which is not traditionally the case on Lincolnshire’s coast. We aim for quality, not quantity; we offer a warm and personal welcome to all guests, individually showing them to accommodation, and showing them onsite facilities.
We have staff on hand 24/7 to help with any additional requirements or problems encountered; we have a maintenance/reception team who live on site and are available to help with any queries/problems that may arise, and not forgetting Ann, who lives in the Farmhouse. Ann is always on hand to catch up with guests/visitors, ensure they are settled; she is often seen daily walking all the dogs who are a real hit with our guests. We have our resident dogs who meet and greet guests, chickens roaming freely and plenty of wildlife to see such as ducks, moor hens, rabbits, muntjac deer and a resident kingfisher if you are quick enough to see it.
We do our upmost to support local. By advertising and understanding the importance of using local produce it helps us to create a brand image, be competitive in the area and create a loyal and repeat customer base. We truly believe we have a unique and special holiday retreat which consistently provides an excellent quality of holiday accommodation and good value for money. We are ranked No1 on Trip Advisor for the area and have received a 9.5/10 on booking.com as rated by our travellers. Our guests’ reviews are excellent, often remarking how different and unique we are, stating that they have never been anywhere like this before. We have guests who have been coming for 20+ years; we are now welcoming the 3rd generation in families.

Looking to the future we hope to continue to produce high quality breaks for our guests. We have recently been granted planning permission for 5 glamping pods. These will be situated along the edge of the park, with both fabulous field and lake views, and will be available for 1 or more-night stays. The pods will be ideal for those looking for new and unique B&B options in the area, with the added luxury of private hot tubs too.
We are setting the bar high in all aspects and endeavour to exceed expectations in our standards of accommodation, food, gardens, grounds and customer service.
